The bodies of the 15 killed militants were brought to Miranshah while the two arrested men have been admitted to a hospital, military spokesman Maj Gen Waheed Arshad told Daily Times. âThe militants attacked the Banda checkpost, two kilometres south of Miranshah, and 15 of them are confirmed dead. Two security personnel were injured in the shootout. Gen Arshad said that up to 200 militants were spotted on hilltops around Miranshah and the security forces were pounding their positions. âWe use air support for surveillance of the militants and use it as a weapon too,â he added.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
