The Hindu is a curious newspaper; its Editor in Chief, N. Ram, an unusual journalist. Supposedly a card-carrying member of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), he attended a closed-door meeting of the Catholic Bishops Conference of India along with a correspondent of a television channel some years ago. While his personal religious affiliation, if any, is unknown, his first and second wives are both Christian.
(Of course. Why didn't I put two and two together. I knew his wives were christian, and had a fair suspicion that he was too. But I never wondered about the specific christian cult he was upto his elbows in.
N.Ram is specifically a catholic. Explains so much. His first, Irish wife would have been a catholic. His second wife is a Kerala christian -> again, high likelihood of her being catholic variety.
Also, it is catholicism that is grinding Dharmic India down. The evangelical orgs are terrorist, but do not have the reach nor the power of subversive propaganda that catholicism has. Catholicism is famous for mass-genocide: spending centuries carefully stoking up hatred against others, until this hatred reaches a genocidal crescendo - e.g. Jews and Orthodox Serbs in WWII, Rwandans.)
On 8 and 9 January 2009, prior to the publication of the Chief Justice interview, The Hindu carried another scoop â a two-part article by Justice Markandey Katju, on Indiaâs ubiquitous caste system! A sterling intellect, the 1946-born judge had an illustrious career at the bar, was Madras High Court Chief Justice, and now a judge of the apex court.
But he is no expert on the caste system, and like the Chief Justice of India, he has violated the 1997 âRestatement of Values of Judicial Life.â
In an unprovoked and outright attack upon all Hindu society, Justice Katju avers: âThe caste system is one of the greatest social evils plaguing India today. It is acting as a powerful social and political divisive force at a time when it is essential for us to stay united in order to face the challenges before our nation. It is a curse that must be speedily eradicated if we wish to progress.â
(This judge is mouthing the christian line to the letter. Christianism may not nowadays declare itself since it would like its stabbing hand to remain concealed, but one can always immediately identify christianism from its actions and words, even when its scripts are given to others to parrot.)
The overtly political nature of the article is easily gauged from the following excerpts:
[...]
Then, pontificating on the origin, development and future of the caste system, the learned judge declares that the âorigin of the caste system was in all probability racial. It is said that caste originated when a white race, the Aryans, coming from the northwestern direction, conquered the dark coloured races inhabiting India at that time, probably 5000 or so years ago.â
He is blissfully ignorant of the fact that even proponents of the Aryan Invasion Theory (AIT) are having problems defending this thesis in the face of irrefutable archaeological evidence to the contrary! He rebuts the assertion that groups migrated Europe-wards from India on the bizarre plea that no one would leave this fertile agricultural country!
Justice Katju relates caste with skin colour, and entrenches it in a superficial preference for fair skins! Why then are the most powerful Hindu divinities â Mahadeva, Krishna, Shani, Kali, Lakskmi â dark-skinned? He proceeds to confuse varnas with jatis, and it becomes rather painful to follow his sociological diktats. He does admit, however, that India was a rich nation with a global presence attested to by the discovery of Roman coins in south India , but calls this a feudal era for unknown reasons.(Rama and Mahavishnu too, BTW.)

On the matter of christianism infecting the Indian judiciary, it seems to have been stayed for now in the case of the Christoterrorist Murder Of Nun Abhaya, where the christos had already very likely bribed Justice "Hema" into doing their bidding:

Justice Basant to oversee Abhaya case

KOCHI: Justice R Basant will oversee the CBI investigation in the Sister Abhaya murder case. The Kerala High Court also asked the present CBI team to continue investigation in the case. The court also directed the CBI DIG and joint director to lead the case. The court's directive came while considering the plea of the CBI seeking a clarification on the order of Justice Hema granting bail to the three accused in the Abhaya murder case
HC judge ignores colleagueâs orders

Revealing differences of opinion between two benches of the same court, Justice R Basant of the Kerala High Court asked the CBI on Thursday to continue its probe with its existing team in the Sr Abhaya murder case despite an order from Justice K Hema of the same court that the probe should be supervised by more senior and efficient officials.
Justice Basant also said that there is no need to engage new officials to supervise the probe now and the probe could proceed under the supervision of the current higher officials, DIG Kanthaswami of the Chennai unit of the CBI and Joint Director (South) Ashok Kumar. The judgeâs order, in effect, struck off the basic demands of the order Justice Hema had made on January 1 while granting bail to the three accused in the case.
Explaining his standpoint, the judge said that a court considering bail pleas had no power to make observations that were final and could jeopardise investigations. Justice Basant made these significant observations while considering a CBI petition seeking removal of ambiguity in the context of two conflicting orders from different benches of the High Court.
The judge virtually listed out the limits of power of a court handling bail petitions in a clear message to Justice Hema who had in her order on the New Year day found fault with almost each step the CBI had taken in the investigations in the Sr Abhaya murder case. Justice Hema had granted bail to the three Church persons, Fr Thomas M Kottoor, Fr Jose Puthrukayil and Sr Seffi, a nun, the first, second and third accused respectively.Rest at link.
