Mudy, couple months ago AT&T billed someone over $10000 on iPhone usage. Dosen't mean that AT&T is running a scam job. Last thing any business would do is try to bite the hand that feeds it. I doubt Obama campaign is that stupid.
When credit cards charges are fraudulent, card holder get credit back on every penny.
