That's pretty far fetched. He stated that US will commit to crossing border and eliminating threats if Pakis don't do it themselves. Which is reasonable, considering that pakis should have been the real subjects of bombing after 9-11.

US is already doing that now under Bush, and I don't see any reason why McCain wouldn't continue.
