It is like the Buddhist monks of Thailand who are being beheaded by the faithful islamics. It is incomprehensible to many monks as to why this should ever happen.
It is like the abuse inflicted on the Kanchi Shankaracharya while he was imprisoned.

Refuting mainstream media reports, a resident of Vellore, Mr. Chandramouli who lives near the jail where Hindu leader Sri Jayendra Saraswati of the Kanchi Mutt is being held, claims that the acharya has been subject to torture by police officials.
According to Chandramouli, the police officials dealing with Sri Jayendra Saraswatiâs case have repeatedly slapped acharya forcing him to confess. The 60 year old acharya has also not had any food for the past three days and has been denied even fruits that he requested. Chandramouli also says that the media has misreported that the acharya has taken food in the past few days. In fact, according to a devout Hindu constable in Vellore jail, the senior police officers tried to force the acharya to have meat consume non-vegetarian food.
(Torturing by only giving inedible food to prisoners was also a method used by the nazis: on their Jewish prisoners who they wanted to torment. It's documented how some nazis enjoyed offering very religious Jews only the most forbidden and non-kosher food. So it is not suprising to find that the christo nazis weren't the only christians to use this means

Because of the elaborately orchestrated dawaganda in the media and government everybody has learnt to mistreat Hindus and Hinduism. This is planned and one of the intended side-effects is for people to convert out of Hinduism because of the fear, terrorism and mistreatment.
This christo (and islamic) method has always worked - today it's called ethnic cleansing, genocide and terrorism. But it ought to be given its old, original names: christianity and islam.
But whatever it's called, seeing the case of Swami Prem Swarup Sashtri, guess it still works like a charm.
