This is not good. If there are not enough minorities to fill-up the minority quota in these colleges, why should these continue to be given minority institution status? (I know... majority of the words in that sentence were minority!).
What is the qualification for this monirity-institute provision? If these colleges are being used for converting, these colleges must be nationalised.
