Bodhi-ji that is why I used "in this yuga". This is because technically AdinAtha who is said to be mahAdeva himself is believed to belong to a primordial yuga. As per some tantric traditions of the paschimAnAya the tantras and yogashAstra was thrown into the sea by skanda. There they were swallowed by a fish and AdinAtha himself emerged from the belly of the fish as matsyendra recovering them. Of course discussion of these traditions goes beyond this thread. If there is any interest we could move it to another thread.
